A third of the population hasen't completed elementary school and 75% haven't completed middle school or high school (Source SIISE).

The traditional education system that was implemented in 2000 had good results, but we desired improvements. Since September 2004, we have collaborated with the creators of the original Timothy's Method to devise a better system. In October, we trained personnel in the nursery, pre-kindergarten and school, and we now have a highly motivated and willing staff to carry out the introduction process of the new Timothy´s Method.
